Upon full payment for our services, the intellectual property rights of the custom software or digital assets created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sysconex retains the right to use non-confidential project details and visuals in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code libraries or proprietary tools used during development.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are to be paid in accordance with the schedule defined in the project agreement. We typically require an upfront deposit before commencing work. Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing services until the account is settled.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard practices to secure your sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sysconex strives to deliver high-quality, bug-free software and effective digital campaigns. However, we cannot guarantee that our solutions will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Sysconex shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

Sysconex reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
